HOW COLONY'S NEW IMMIGRATION SCHEME
WILL WORK
THE NEW SCHEME for the control of immigra- tion into Hong Kong provides for the interrogation of each person coming from outside the Colony and arriving by steamer, junk, aeroplane and ferry, and for the rejection of persons who are considered un- desirable.
