St. Joseph's College won the Inter-School Swim- ming Sports Shield yesterday at Victoria Recreation Club, securing 37 points as against La Salle College's 30 points.
The major event of the day was the 200 Yards Free-Style Relay, which was won by the champions, who returned 1 minute and 54 seconds to tie the Inter-School re- cord, established by themselves in 1936 and equalled by La Salle College in 1938.
