Medicines To Get Burma Rd. Priority

FOR THE NEXT TWO months the Burma road will be used exclusively for the trans- portation of Government goods and medicine, in order to avoid congestion, it was officially announced in Chungking yesterday.

With the arrival of more trucks and spare parts, freight capacity on the road is expect- ed to be doubled. Its present capacity is 300 tons a day.
