Rico And Raisin Pudding:

1 cupful sweetened milk-
1 pints boiling water-

Wash the rice under running cold water, then boil rapidly, in fast boiling. salt water for thirty minutes or until the rice is ten- der. Add the milk, raisins and finally the beaten egg and stir
well together over the fire for dve minutes. Pour into a pie dish and brown off in the oven, This pudding is excellent served! hot or cold.
Baked Custard
