14 games of the Open Rinks championship at Club de Recreio yesterday, when, before a large crowd, R. Duncan's and C. S. Rosselet's rinks qualified for the Final, defeating rinks under U.M. Omar and G. H.

GOOD WIN FOR SING TAO

The touring Sing Tao football team scored a good win at Penang on Saturday, when they beat the Kedah State team by the large margin of 6-2.

The Kedah. team were runners-up to Singapore in the All- Malayan champion; ship, being beaten on two August 17 by goals to nil.-Copy- right by "Sing Tao Jih Pao."
