AT THE GALA HELD at the European "Y" last Saturday, Ching Wing Swimming Union beat the European aggregation by 21 points to 15. A note- worthy feature of the gala was the inclusion of the longer distances of 220 and 440 yard events in the programme; a departure from the usual custom of only swimming the shorter distances in meets of this nature.
