The following proviso is added at

Detalls etc as for No. 1 the provisions of the Compulsory Ser-Section's parade 9th July. vice Ordinance, 1939, continue in force, and notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing paragraph, all members of an Auxiliary unit shall attend such drills and instruction parades as may be ordered by the Commandant with the approval of the General Officer Governor and the Commanding the Troops.
Regulation 3 (4) is amended by the substitution of the words "forty-six years" for the words "forty-one years" in both cases in which the latter words
occur.
EVACUATION SCHEME Attention is directed to the notifica- tion published in the local press re- quiring all members H.K.V.D.C. who have wives and families who are not or have been already evacuated exempted or are of British Portuguese Race to forward the following parti- culars in writing to the Adjutant (en- velopes to be marked "H.K.V.D.C. Evacuation Scheme").

(c) Numbers of children affected. (d) Whether it is desired for those affected to be evacuated if possible or, in the event of an emergency, to be housed and fed under arrangements to be made by Government.
