GLEN LINE SUE IN HONG KONG ADMIRALTY COURT

A CLAIM FOR AN UNSTIPULATED amount, arising out of a collision between the s.s. Flintshire and the oil tanker Yarriville on June 15, 1937, in about Lat. 33.37 N. and Longitude 122:42 E., was heard at the Supreme Court this morning before the Chief Justice, Sir Atholl Mac- Gregor.
