One day Martin Rosenberg, an at- torney, was called upon to sit as B provisional Judge in Police Court.
Ironically, his own case for a park- ing violation came up and he con- tinued it because he "didn't feel quali- fled to pass on his own guilt or inno- cence."
Judge James Nangle dismissed the Mr Rosenberg: care. Commented
I'm glad I passed it. I would have 'fined myself $3 "and costs.”
