Obtained a Zenith radio from Mr. D. Gardner of the Bosco Radio Co. on May 1. (D). Obtained a sum of $81 from Mr. Draper of the Royal Naval Dockyard on May 2, by false pretences, (E). Embezzlement of $150 received by him from Mr. Pannis of No. 2, Babington Path, on behalf of the Bos- co Radio Co., on April 5.
