BETWEEN 1,600,000 AND 2,000,000 GERMAN AND FRENCH TROOPS ARE NOW LOCKED, ALONG THE MEUSE BETWEEN NAMUR AND SEDAN, IN A DESPERATE BATTLE WHICH MAY WELL DETERMINE THE FUTURE COURSE OF THE WAR.
