CABINET RESIGNS

Brussels, To-day.

The Belgian Cabinet has resigned after a vote on the education bud- get. It is purely an internal matter. Jaspar, the Minister of Public Health, voted against it.

It is believed this was owing to their disapproval of the Government's policy in regard to the linguistic ques- tion.
