BIG PUSH COMING IN FRANCE?

There is nothing much doing on the Western Front but this does not mean that nothing will happen in a day or two.

At several points, there are clear signs that the Germans are completing preparations for an attack.

These preparations should be con- sidered in connection with £ big "Home Propaganda" drive now going on in Germany. There are hints to the people that a decisive phase of the war is now near. Reservists are being called up.

Unlike similar. "scare drives" in November and January, the pro- sent propaganda campaign is not addressed abroad- but is for "home consumption."

BRITAIN LANDING TROOPS?

Climax Not Reached

Well-informed, quarters in London also say that the climax of the naval and air battle raging off Norway, has not yet bean- reached, and appar- antly the Allies:expect: strong re- inforcements, especially in the air.

Meanwhile, various Norwegian radio stations are still functioning without German control.

These confirm the report that an extremely severe engagement is be- ing fought off Trondheim, where the British have engaged German vessels inside the Fjord-Havas.
