The statement charges Wang Ching- wel

with having signed a secret agreement with Japan.

What would mean the doom of China as an independent state and depriva- tion of her freedom, the statement says, Wang Ching-wei calls "indepen- dence" and "freedom." Under the slogan "peace and national salvation"

GIRLS SEE FATHERS DECORATED

London, To-day.

The Chinese people are urged to prize the success of their resistance in the past, strengthen their con- fidence in ultimate victory and deli- ver the final blow to Japan.

"The day of China's final victory will be the day of the doom of all traitors," the statement says..

Ridiculing Wang Ching-wei's "con- stitutional government," the state- ment asks what constitutional govern- ment it is that aims at the betrayal of the country and what sort of parties it is that advocate surrender to the enemy.

The statement declares that the conspiracy undertaken by Wang Ching-wei at Japan's instigation will only strengthen the Chinese deter- mination to resist to the bitter end. Central News.
