That the Capital of the Company be Increased from Its present Capital of $6,000,000 Hong Kong currency divided into 600,000 shares of $10 each to $18,000,000 Hong Kong currency divided into 1,800,000 shares of $10 each and that such additional shures shall rank in all
respects pari passu with the original Capital of the Company,"
And for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing the follow- ing resolutions, namely:
