Genoa, To-day. The 5,049 Italian freighter Glorglo Ohlsen, which sank after hitting a mine off the East Coast of England, was on the way to Newcastle on the northern route, outside British terri- torial waters.

She was to have taken a cargo of coal on board at Newcastle, for the Italian railways, and was the third Italian ship to fall victim to a German mine.-Havas.
