Sofia, To-day. BULGARIAN OFFICIAL circles are showing their disappointment over the results of the Belgrade conference.

"The situation in the Balkans remains what it was, and even more so," the semi-official newspaper, "Slovo" declares, adding:-

"Nevertheless, it can be hoped that most important parleys took place in the lobbies of the conference and were not reflected in the final statement.”

"If Rumania does not cede anything, it clearly means that the danger threa- tening her is not either great or im- minent," the newspaper "Berne Wacht," in Berne, declares, comment- ing on the Belgrade conference.
