BELGRADE, TO-DAY. ONE OF THE EARLY RESULTS OF THE BALKAN ENTENTE CONFERENCE IS LIKELY TO BE THE CONCLUSION OF A NON-AGGRESSION PACT BETWEEN RUMANIA AND SOVIET RUSSIA, ACCORDING TO WELL-INFORMED SOURCES. The Conference decided upon a ́policy of continuous close contact between the four States of the En- tente with a view to the preservation of peace in the Balkan area. Havas.

The following communique has been issued in Belgrade following the final meeting of the Balkan Entente delegates, according to Copenhagen wireless.
"The four members of the Entente, in an atmosphere of cordial collabora- tion, agreed upon the following points:
(1) the preservation of peace in the common interests of the Member States.
A new conference of members of the Balkan Entente is to meet soon to examine economic question.
