GERMAN SPY CAPTURED

Schaffhose, To-day. The Swiss police have arrested a German spy, Colonel von Jallaz, who was about to cross the frontier into Germany. Another German, who is employed in a local textile factory, has also been arrested.
Von Jallaz was a member of a large espionage organisation and had been under police surveillance for some time.
