According to the Bucharest cor. respondent of the "Nazional Zel- tung,” the Rumanian Foreign Minister, M. Gafencu, has called a meeting of the Balkan Entente on February 8.

PERSISTENT RUMOURS are circulating in well- informed unofficial circles that a triangular conference may be held between Count Ciano (Italian Foreign Minister), Count Csáky (Hun- garian Foreign Minister who is at present vísit- ing Italy) and German statesmen.
