IT IS OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED in London, with reference to the statement made in the Com- mons by Mr. Winston Churchill regarding Bri- tish chartering of neutral vessels, that the Minis- try of Shipping has already arranged employ- ment for several millions of neutral tonnage.
