FINNISH MISSION LEAVING FOR

MOSCOW

THE FINNISH DELEGATION leaves for Moscow this even- ing with the Finnish reply to the latest Soviet demands. Agreement on the reply was reached on Sunday night after a 2-day discussion between Government and party leaders.
