Danish Moscow correspondents of newspapers report from a "reliable source" that Russia has made the following four demands on Finland:-
1. The cession of the islands of Tytaesaari, Lavansaari, Seiskaari and commands possibly Surrsaari, which the entrance to Kronstadt Bay in the Gulf of Finland. In return, Finland would

3. Finland to conclude a military pact with Russia.
UNKNOWN FOURTH
The fourth demand is unknown and is believed to have been the reason of the return of the Finnish delegates to Helsinki.
The Finnish Nazi party recently sent a delegation to Berlin but it returned crestfallen only seeing minor official who told them that Finnish interests were outside the German sphere. Reuter.

RUSSIANS TO MOVE INTO ESTHONIA
