THE PREMIER, Mr. Mackenzie King, said in the House of Commons last night that he had no doubt the House would support the Government stand supporting Bri- tain against Germany, If they did not, they would have to find another government.
Mr. Mackenzie King said they were fighting a tyrannical
regime.
He could not find words to express his admiration of Bri- tain, which was fighting for freedom, and for France, which was fighting for her liberties.
The Premier reminded the House that their own liberties came from those in Britain and France who were never afraid to lay down their lives in defence of freedom.
Canada could help the Allies by de- fending the Atlantic coast and New- foundland, and by supplies and An- ancial aid,
