Though some difficulty is anticipated in arranging the games for them Eastern are hoping that with co-operation of the other clubs the programme arranged for them can be adhered to.
The first game will be against Eas- tern Athletic Association on the Club ground on Saturday and this should be the best game of the series.
Eastern will have the services of all their regular players and should give a good account of themselves.

WOOTH
It's the mellowness of BOOTH'S Dry Gin that makes it so much to be desired in cocktails. Such mellowness comes only from treble distillation and maturing in sherry casks and BOOTH'S DRY is the only GIN which receives such care in its mak.. ing. It is not to be wondered at that the 1st prize Cocktail in the Inter- national Cocktail Competition was. made with Booth's Dry.

PRACTICE, SWINGING
By BEST BALL
-
You have seen golfers without limit possibly, who can sheer off a dandelion head with perfect golf form. These same golfers faced with the idea of hitting a golf ball 200 yards down the alley will tie their swing into a dozen knots. Naturally this is largely due to mental tie up which in turn has made a physical one. It is essential that both hazards be smoothed out before the swing can be. The important thing is to swing as much as possible and at every opportunity. If a course or driving range isn't available, swing at a yarn or even an imaginary ball. In time the swing will be conducted in a muscle- memory routine which will add considerable - confidence.
Thus fortified the golfer çan face the fairway and a round of play with greator self assurance.....
