Balance Of Power In Far East

THE IMPOSING PICTURE of a unit of four 45,000-ton super-battleships-hitherto unparalleled in naval history -is invoked in Washington as a likely future weight in the delicate Far Eastern balance of naval power, writes the "Christian Science Monitor.”
