MR. BUTLER EXPLAINS THE "SAXON" INCIDENT
London, To-day. Mr. Neil Maclean (Labour) asked in the House of Commons yesterday in regard to the firing upon the British tugboat Saxon at Tientsin on Monday by Japanese soldiers....
Mr. Maclean suggested that steps. be taken to in- form the Japanese authorities that these inci- dents must cease.
