CHINESE
PRESS COMING OUT
The "China Mail”, learns that five evening editions of the Chinese Press will come out as usual this afternoon.
The papers will be published with the assistance of non-mem- bers of the Hong Kong Chinese Printers General Union, who have not joined the strike.
The "Nam Chung" evening edition of the “Wah Kiu, Yat Pao," will be reproduced from line blocks, as was the "Wah Kiu Yat Pao" this morning.
The other evening papers which will be published are the "China Evening News," *Ta Kung Evening Press," "Kung Sheung Evening Press, and the "Sing Tao Evening Press."
ANGLO-POLISH TALKS
London, To-day.
The Director of the Polish State· Bank, Col. Koc, who returned on Sunday from Warsaw to London, had a lengthy conversation with the Chief Economic Adviser to the British Government, Sir Frederick Leith-Ross, yesterday.
The Polish Ambassador, Count Raczynski, will be received by the Foreign Secretary, Lord Halifax, to-day.-Trans-Ocean.
