"We Should Try Hard To Treat Japan As Friend"
Learning To Speak Japanese Language
Shanghai, To-day. Accusing General Chiang Kai-shek of leading China to destruction at the bidding of the Com- munists and expounding on his views on Sino- Japanese peace, Mr. Wang Ching-wei, the de- posed Kuomintang leader, made a statement over the radio last night.
After surveying events since the death of Sun Yat- sen, he dealt at great length with Prince Konoye's principles for peace.
"My proposals for peace are in agreement with
Prince-Konoye's statement," he said.

The task of inviting prominent British people discreetly was given to some of Hitler's most trusted friends.
But their preliminary inquiries have not met with ready response. "I resent the attempts to link my name with political propa- ganda from one side or another," a young British politician who was to have been one of the guests told a reporter yesterday.
