No Concrete Result Bulgarian Visit To Berlin

TALKS LARGELY OF ECONOMIC CHARACTER

Berlin, To-day.

Bulgaria is referred to as a "factor of order” in south-east Europe in a communique issued last night on the conclusion of the visit of M. Kios- seivanoff, the Bulgar Premier and Foreign Minister.

The communique speaks of the "natural and tradi- tional" friendship between Bulgaria and Italy," and mentions the desire to deepen their politi- cal, economic and cultural relations.

It is learned that the talks be- tween M. Kiosseivanoff and Nazi Foreign Minister, Herr Ribbentrop, were largely of economic character.

She was telling how she shiver- ed herselfback to life.

Lying dangerously ill after child- birth in a Hampstead hospital, Mrs. Seymour stopped breathing for two minutes.

Doctors surrounding her bed felt her pulse; said she was dead.

They laid body on ice and Mrs. Seymour promptly shivered-and was was alive again,
