Berlin, To-day.
A report that Hitler plans to visit Danzig about July 20, was being discussed in foreign political quarters here yesterday afternoon.
Officials refuse to deny the report, but say they have absolutely no reason to suppose it is true. They think it most unlikely that Hitler would plan
such details so far ahead.
The report suggested that Hitler's visit might be preceded by visits by other Nazi leaders, including Field- Marshal Goering, the Air Minister.
It is also rumoured that Ger- many is considering abandoning the practice of notifying the Po- lish authorities before important German personages visit Danzig.
It is remarked that "Danzig is scarcely in the news at the moment,"
and neither official quarters nor the press display the least excite- ment about the situation.-Reuter.
