WASHINGTON DISCUSSES MOVE TO CURB AGGRESSION
Washington, To-day.
The possibility of sending the United States Fleet to Far Eastern waters "to curb aggressive ten- dencies" is being discussed in Washington. This is according to a commentator in the "Wash-
ington Star."
The commentator writes that with British and
French sea-power pledged in Europe, the American Ensign is the sole emblem of Demo-
cratic rights in Far Eastern waters as far as
ability to enforce these rights is concerned.
