Intending bidders are advised that immediately after the disposal of the lot the Purchaser (if not the applicant) will be required to de- posit with an authorised officer who will be present at the sale, the sum of two hundred dollars, ($200) in cash. This sum will be refunded on payment of the Purchase price.
