Threat To All Foreign Concessions In China

TOKYO, TO-DAY. THE TIENTSIN SITUATION CAME BEFORE THE CABINET YESTERDAY WHEN THE FOREIGN MINISTER, MR. ARITA, IS STAT- ED TO HAVE REPORTED ON "JAPAN'S DETERMINATION TO COPE WITH IT.”.
