The Brewers were first to score when in the second canto, Terry Leonard-

garnered The Beermen runs in the fourth inning, two in the fifth and one in the sixth frame to cinch the game.

"Larry" Lawrence pitched good ball for the losers despite yielding six hits and three transportations to first base. He did some superb pitching in the first three stanzas. In the first he wiggled out of a delicate situation with bases loaded and one out; he fanned the next two batters to retire a score- less inning!

Slick Clark, of the China Emporioum Band, rendered some catchy tunes on his sliding trombone and was given a big hand by the crowd. His Dead March was especially appreciated!
