MEMBERS' ENCLOSURE No One with a badge will be admitted to the Members' Enclo- sure. Such must be worn through- out the duration of each Meeting in such a manner as to be readily identified.
Badges admitting Non-Members to the Members' Enclosure and Club Rooms at $5.00 for Gentle- men and $3.00 for Ladies (both including tax) are obtainable through the SECRETARY upon the personal or written applica- tion of a Member, such Member to be responsible for all visitors introduced by him, and for Pay- ment of all Chits, etc.
The Secretary's Office, 1st Floor, Exchange Building, (Tel. 27794) will close at 12 o'clock Noon.
Tiffins are obtainable at the Club House provided they are ordered in advance from the No. 1 Boy (Tel. 21920).
PUBLIC ENCLOSURE
The price of Admission to the Public Enclosure is $1.00 includ- ing Tax, for all Persons, includ- ing Ladies, and is payable at the Gate. Soldiers and Sailors in Uniform are admitted Half Price.

NOTICE OF INTERIM DIVIDEND.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an INTERIM DIVIDEND of FOUR per cent. (4%) for the six months ending 30th June, 1939, amounting to FORTY cents per share on the Fully Paid Up Shares and TEN cents per share on the Partly Paid Up Shares of the Com- pany will be paid on TUESDAY, the 11th July, 1939, on which date Dividend Warrants may be obtain- ed on application at the Registered Office of the Company.
The TRANSFER BOOKS of the Company will be closed from TUESDAY, the 4th July to TUESDAY, the 11th July, 1939, both days inclusive.
