QUEEN MARY IN MOTOR ACCIDENT
Royal Car Overturned At Wimbledon
London, To-day.
Queen Mary was involved in a motor accident în Wimbledon yesterday afternoon, but accord- ing to a statement made at Marlborough House, Her Majesty was not hurt.
The motor-car in which Queen Mary was travelling overturned, and although Her Majesty was bady shaken, she was unhurt.
After resting for some time in a local doctor's sur-
gery, she drove away in another Royal car.

In an attempt to avoid an oncom- ing car, the lorry skidded and crashed over the embankment. The woman-coolie was crushed to death by the cement, and the driver and other two labourers were seriously injured. They were admitted to hospital for treatment.
