The text of the Anglo-Rumanian Trade Agreement states that the two governments propose to encourage the formation of an appropriate or- ganisation to be established by business inter- ests of both countries.
Free zones in Rumanian ports will be granted by the Rumanian Government to any United King- dom interests desiring facilities.
The two governments will exam- ine the question of establishing
direct air and shipping services. ANGLO-U.S.
The Rumanian Government will facilitate the exchange of sterling
