HITLER'S DENUNCIATION OF GERMAN-POLISH NON-AGGRESSION PACT
Berlin, To-day. The German Note denouncing the German-Polish Treaty was handed to the Polish charge d'affaires and transmitted to Warsaw yester- day.
The Note says, inter alia, that the agreement con- cluded by Poland with Britain stands in such obvious contrast to the solemn declaration of a few months ago that the German Government must take notice of such a sudden and radical change in policy only with astonishment and bewilderment.

The Note asserts that the Anglo- Polish Agreement is directed clusively against Germany and is a direct and flagrant attack on the renunciation of the use of force agreed on in the declaration of 1934. Poland has let it be known that she prefers a promise of support from a third power to the assured peace guarantee given her by the German Government,
