The Home Office Air Raid Precautions De- partment has issued a circular to local authorities all over the country for their “immediate atten- tion," writes our London Correspondent.

The circular foreshadows legislative changes in the Air Raid Precautions Act, 1937, and urges on Councils "the need for carrying through A.R.P. tasks as a matter of first urgency."
