Washington, To-day. Violent opposition to the Army Air Force Rearma- ment Bill was voiced by Senator Worth Clark when the debate on the measure was continued in the Senate yesterday.
Senator Clark stated that the United States was in no danger, and denounced the "hysteria" in which the Bill was drafted.ww
"It has taken just twenty years for those racketeers over in Europe to drum up another war, and every sort of trickery will be used to inveigle us into it," he declared.
Senator William Borah expressed eimilar sentiments. He called the Bill just a lot of bluff and jit- terism."
