Remarkable Nazi Outburst

This is the latest Nazi outburst against the Ameri- can President, and appeared yesterday in the "Boersen Zeitung."
The paper maintains that the suggested fortifica- tion of Guam and establishment of American naval bases in the Pacific is the result of a hint by Mr. Anthony Eden, the ex-Foreign Secre- tary, when he visited the United States.
The paper, which asks whether Mr. Eden acted privately or by request, says that there are only two possibilities,

"Secondly, is the propaganda action against Germany and other states with which she is friendly only a flimsy pretext for diverting public attention from really decisive events? ¿
