The following were the remarks of the managers after the game,
Mr. J. McKelvis (Hong Kong) “With a marksmen like Lee Wal-tong or A. V. Gosano in their attack, Manila would have beaten Hong Kong. The team played well and A. Y. Gosano worked very hard.”
Mr. Calvo. (Manila) "The Hong Kong team on their display yesterday, have the edge on any team which have visited Mauila... Hong Kong was the better team. The wind was very up- setting to our players. With this win, a record crowd will be assured tohon Hong Kong meet Manila in April, in Manila.
