A court order has been issued here attaching the person Charles Bedaux, well-known American efficiency expert and friend of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, on the urgent appli- cation of Robert McChesney, en- gineer, who is bringing an action against Bedsux.

Nature of the action has not yet been disclosed.

The judge ordered Bedaux's`re- lease on his giving satisfactory security to the sheriff for the amount of costs of the applica- tion and action.-Reuter.
