What appears to be serious concern at the stiffening of Poland's attitude towards the au- thoritarian States as a result of President Roosevelt's

recent re ported remarks, has led to renew- ed attacks on him in the Nazi press.

The "Hamburger Fremdenblatt" says that a Cracow journal openly occupies itself with the question of renewal of the old friendship of France and Poland.

The Polish journal, says the "Fremdenblatt," is of the opinion | that a great impetus has been given to co-operation between them through President Roosevelt's ac- tion

Both the "Fremdenblatt" and the "National Zeitung" assert that Président Roosevelt has revived international tension. Reuter.
