The "China Mail" is reliab ly informed that the Central Government has obtained a loan amounting to $60,000,- 000 (Hong Kong Currency) from different banks in Hong Kong.

The loan, it is learned, is covered by acceptable securi- ty and was negotiated through one of the local Chinese Government banks.
