I do not advise hair tinting done at home-unless a person who has learned the art will do it for you. I say this because numerous women write me about the frightful results they have had from home attempts.
The dye or bleach must grow out, if you are disappointed in the colouring, unless you can afford ex- pensive methods to change the shade satisfactorily. So think seriously before you dye or bleach your own hair.
