FRAUD ALLEGATIONS IN CLAIM AGAINST LOCAL INSURANCE COMPANY

A claim for $30,906.23 (being the rateable propor- tion of loss and damage to goods in a fire on January 7, 1938, against the China Under- writers, Limited, of No. 4A; Des Voeux Road Central) was instituted by Cheong Shing Hong, a Chinese firm of No. 31, Bonham Strand West, in the Supreme Court this morning.
