Chungking, To-day. Adding another name to the list of puppet officials victims of assassins, an unidentified Chin- ese youth entered the Sun Sun Hotel on Nanking Road in Shang- hai and shot and killed Ma Yu- häng, secretary-general of the bogus Nanking Municipal Govern- ment, at seven o'clock last night.

An alarm was raised by the Hotel and police of the Shanghai Municipal Council hurried to the scene. No clue was found.

Ma, who was fatally wounded, was rushed to the Lester Hospi tal for treatment, but died at about nine o'clock
