Safety first lessons play an important part in the little lives of children at the Sketty Infants School, Swansea. Their teacher, Miss G. Luff by means of model traffic signals, Belisha crossings and miniature vehicles teaches the infants everything about ́road safety.

Christmas Day was one of the happiest days in the life of ten year old Brian Jones, who has been in The Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond street, for three years. Brian's great ambition is to be an engine driver, and Driver H. Bishop, L.M.8, crack driver, of the Coronation and Royal Scot, visited him in the hospital, with a model of "Coronation", which he explained to Brian.
